“Bernays Worldwide” and “mm-brand” announced that its efforts in sponsoring the largest real estate expo in Riyadh “Restatex” was a success.
The Bahraini Alliance consisted of “Bernays Worldwide” for -Public Relations-, and Mm- brand, a specialist firm in innovating creative visual brand identities- announced its remarkable success in its joint operations through the strategic partnership formed with “Restatex” the biggest forum of the real estate and housing and financing investment decision makers all over the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, took place in Riyadh city from March 1st to March 4th, 2022, in Riyadh International Convention & Exhibition Centre.
The expo registered wide participation of various business sectors concerned with housing affairs, real estate and financing agencies, where the alliance designed the new visual identity of the Restatex Expo and its events, formed a strategy of identity, managed communication, and marketing plans for the exhibition, had an effective role in designing the exhibition wards, halls for the internal events. Furthermore offered many services in many fields in which it excels.
“Restatex” was held under the patronage of H.E Minister Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing, Majid Bin Abdulla Al-Hogail, where the extensive efforts by the alliance contributed in signing more than 25 agreements and MOUs between government agencies, financial, investment and real estate companies.
The alliance also extended its expertise in the additional workshops featured in Restatex aimed to spread the awareness of housing, and finding innovative and sustainable solutions to serve the real estate community, and beneficiaries of the people of this country looking for opportunities to own units.
“Restatex” expo had concluded successfully on March 4, recording over 30,000 attendees, who had the chance to view the various opportunities real estate sector offers, including existing and under development projects, financing plans, and various programs aimed to facilitate Housing for citizens as part of the housing program to achieve the Kingdom’s Vision 2030.
